Summary

SEA is seeking a Human Resources Officer based at its Beckington office.

The HR Officer is responsible for providing an efficient and effective generalist HR service to Beckington based employees but with specific responsibility for managing all Learning & Development activities at SEA.

Job Role

The main role and responsibilities are to provide HR support to Managers through general ER issues such as changes to the workforce, terms & conditions of employment and disciplinary & grievance processes.

To design and develop training programmes to support employees in learning new skills and develop existing ones.

To manage the recruitment of all posts arising within the Product & Technical or Support Functions.

Experience Required

Level 5 CIPD, preferably with L&D focus/bias

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
