A Day For Building Connections
What is One Team Day?
Being one SEA team, we take the opportunity to come together one day every year to build connections with people from across the business. We'll be catching up with colleagues from our three South-West sites and meeting people that are new into our business.
A big part of our culture is to make sure everyone feels like they belong and we place a big importance on being connected. One Team Day invites networking and activities to encourage team building and new cross departmental relationships.
What Does This Mean For Me?
Our people will be out of office all day on 16 July, and our sites and phonelines will be closed, aside from our contractual service lines.
