What is One Team Day?
As one SEA team, we take the opportunity each year to come together and build connections across our business. One Team Day brings colleagues from our three South-West sites together, offering the chance to catch up with familiar faces, welcome new colleagues and meet people from different teams and departments.
Creating a culture where everyone feels they belong is an important part of who we are at SEA. Staying connected helps us build stronger relationships, work better together, and succeed as One Team.
One Team Day includes networking and activities designed to encourage team building, collaboration, and new cross-departmental connections.
What Does This Mean For Me?
You, as our customers, are incredibly important to us, and we remain committed to providing the support and services you rely on.
Our people will be out of office all day on 16 September, and our sites and phone lines will be closed, with the exception of our contractual service lines, which will remain operational.
