Here's what our previous graduates had to say...
SEA was the best place I could've kickstarted my career as an electronics engineer. They exposed me to real projects, which required me to meet customers and develop sophisticated solutions for them. This gave me invaluable experience that I can now take out into the work force. Everyone I worked with was incredibly supportive and I would recommend this programme to any engineers looking to seriously launch their career in STEM.
I graduated from Cardiff Uni and went straight into the graduate scheme at SEA- it was the best decision I could've made. They got me to develop concepts and test these out on and off site, which built my confidence and expertise as a mechanical engineer. Their practical elements to their programme exposes you to real-life situations that allows you to hone your craft and grow into an industry contributor.
We strive to be an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all walks of life.
