Eight SEA teams and individuals took home a prize at the Cohort Business Excellence Awards. Congratulations and a big well done from all of us!
Here are our eight SEA winners:
The Ancilia Team won the Gold Team Award for their work with Chess on developing a prototype for Ancilia, our high-performance trainable decoy launcher system.
The Talent Acquisition Teamwon the Silver Team Awardfor their massive effort of managing recruitment for over 100 roles.
The Roadflow Service Team won the Silver Team Award for their amazing work on improving their customer experience.
Our Early Careers person in Transport won the Silver Early Careers Awardfor displaying exemplary talent and an impressive work ethic in their first two years at SEA.
The NROL Teamwon the Bronze Team Award for developing a completely new computer system for Network Rail.
Marketing managers from SEA and Chess won the Bronze Team Award for their excellent work on DSEI 2023, our biggest defence exhibition to date.
