Join us in celebrating International Women in Engineering Day with an engaging and inspiring open evening designed to showcase the experiences, opportunities, and impact of women within the engineering industry.

This event will provide students, aspiring engineers, professionals, and members of the local community with the opportunity to hear directly from women working across our engineering and business disciplines, learn more about career pathways, and connect with industry professionals in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

In partnership with the Women in Engineering Society, the evening will highlight the importance of representation, innovation, and collaboration in shaping the future of engineering.

What to Expect

Panel Discussion – Personal Engineering Experience

Hear from our panel of female engineers as they share their personal career journeys, challenges they have overcome, key achievements, and insights into working within the engineering sector.

Presentation from the Women in Engineering Society

Our partner organisation, the Women in Engineering Society, will deliver a presentation focused on supporting women in engineering, industry developments, opportunities for progression, and the importance of diversity within STEM careers.

Networking Opportunity

Attendees will have the chance to speak directly with our current women in engineering and business disciplines during an informal networking session. This is an opportunity to ask questions, gain career advice, and build professional connections.

Site Tour

Attendees will be invited on a guided site tour to gain a behind-the-scenes look at our facilities, operations, and the work carried out by our teams.
