SEA Wins Six Cohort Business Excellence Awards

Individuals and Teams from across SEA were recognised at the Cohort plc Excellence Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements across the business. These awards highlight the dedication, innovation, and teamwork that drive SEA’s success. 

From engineering and operational excellence, to outstanding teamwork, our teams have once again demonstrated their commitment to delivering exceptional results for our customers and colleagues alike.

The ECWM1A team won a Gold Team Award for their incredible effort in getting the single largest contract ever won by a Cohort subsidiary business over the line.

Taofeek won a Gold Early Careers Award for his amazing level of talent, attitude, and work ethics during his first two years with SEA.

The Commercial Team won a Bronze Team Award for the way they pulled together after the sad passing of our Head of Commercial, Michael Webb. They implemented a support matrix that gave transparency, mentoring and development to the whole team.

The One Team Day Team won a Bronze Team Award for pulling out all the stops in organising a memorable One Team Day 2024.
