This year’s cohort joins SEA at an exciting time of growth and delivery, bringing with them a diverse range of skills, fresh perspectives, and a shared passion for engineering, technology, and making a real-world impact.
Our Barnstaple site is hosting this year’s new Graduate intake, with exciting additions to the skills disciplines offered through our enhanced Graduate Programme. Three Business Engineering Graduates have joined our project teams, while our engineering functions are strengthened by the arrival of an Embedded Software Graduate and two Electronics Graduates. In parallel, our Production Apprenticeship scheme has been redesigned with a new hybrid Electro-Mechanical focus, aimed at broadening technical competence and increasing flexibility across key skill areas.
“We’re delighted to welcome such a talented group of graduates and apprentices to SEA,” said Sian Morris, Head of Talent Development at SEA. “These individuals represent the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers who will help drive forward our mission to deliver exceptional capability to our customers. Their development is a priority, and we are committed to supporting their growth every step of the way.”
Our new Graduates and Apprentices will be embedded across various departments, contributing to projects that span engineering, production, business support, and other critical sectors. They will benefit from tailored development plans, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced professionals within SEA.
Our Emerging Talent programmes are a core part of our long-term strategy to build future capability and ensure knowledge transfer across the business. We remain focused on nurturing talent, encouraging curiosity, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
As they begin their journey, SEA looks forward to the energy and contributions our new people will bring to the team.
