SEA is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Phillips as its new Quality & Business Assurance Director, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong quality culture across the business.
Steven brings over 20 years of experience in Quality and Operations Leadership within the Defence and Aerospace industries, having held key roles both in the UK and the US. His deep industry knowledge and leadership expertise will be instrumental in supporting SEA’s commitment to quality and continued focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to our customers.
In his new role, Steven will be responsible for ensuring SEA’s processes are proportionate, effective and efficient across all areas of the business and ensuring that we meet our customer commitments while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. His appointment reflects SEA’s strategic focus on enhancing internal capabilities, driving accountability, and fostering a quality-first mindset.
