This training contains modules grouped into three parts:
The course is designed to develop the core skills required to deliver training, including understanding the audience, the role of the trainer, how to plan and structure training content, and delivering engaging information using modern teaching techniques.
Following successful completion of the Train the Trainer course, SEA’s ongoing support includes a recertification opportunity in 2028 to provide ongoing knowledge transfer and enable the self-sufficiency and long-term capability availability for the RMN.
Lead Trainer, John Madge said: “Delivering the Train the Trainer course for SEA over eight days was a highly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. The commitment from all attendees was outstanding, and I could not have asked for a more engaged group. Seeing that level of growth in such a short period of time was exceptionally rewarding and reinforced the value of high-quality, well-structured training in building both individual confidence and capable, well aligned teams.”
The contract builds on SEA’s existing relationship with the RMN following the contract extension with LUNAS to supply its fixed triple configuration Torpedo Launcher System (TLS) to the Royal Malaysian Navy.
