SEA Welcomes Matt Clifford as Operations Director

SEA is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Clifford as its new Operations Director, bringing with him over 20 years of operational leadership experience across the Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and advanced technology sectors.

Having built and scaled manufacturing functions from concept to maturity, embedding lean and digital tools to deliver high quality and technically complex engineered products, Matt’s experience spans global organisations and startups, with expertise in compliance, continuous improvement, and modern manufacturing tools and systems.

In his new role, Matt, together with our teams and partners, will build on SEA’s reputation, enforce a strong culture of quality, strengthen collaboration between teams, and drive operational excellence, ensuring performance that consistently exceeds customer expectations in the UK and overseas.
