In this role, Victor will play a central part in shaping and executing SEA’s commercial strategy across the Asia Pacific region. He will be responsible for supporting existing partnerships and programmes, accelerating sustainable growth, and strengthening SEA’s business development and senior relationships in the region.
Victor’s appointment is expected to enhance coordination between regional customers, partners, and SEA’s technical and delivery teams, ensuring our solutions are aligned with customer needs and priorities. The role will also support the identification and development of new business opportunities, helping SEA to broaden its presence, deepen local engagement, and increase our impact across key Asia Pacific markets.
With extensive experience in international sales and regional market development, Victor brings a strong understanding of complex programmes and long-term partnership models that are critical to SEA’s continued success in the region.
Commenting on his appointment, Victor said: “I’m delighted to be joining SEA at such an exciting time for the business. SEA has a strong reputation for technical excellence and partnership-driven delivery, and I look forward to working closely with our customers and partners across Asia Pacific to build on that success and support the company’s long-term growth in the region.”
SEA’s Managing Director Richard Flitton added: “Victor’s appointment is a significant step in advancing our wider SEA objectives in Asia Pacific. His leadership will strengthen our engagement with existing partners, help unlock new opportunities, and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality outcomes across South East Asia as our regional footprint grows.”
Victor is currently based in Singapore and will relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia later in the year, working closely with the SEA Group teams in the UK and Canada to support strategic programmes and future growth initiatives.
