Season’s Greetings from all of us at SEA - 2023

Season's Greetings From SEA

We’re proud to be a company built from people who are willing to go the extra mile to drive our success and help to create a strong one SEA team that’s focused on the here and now but is always looking ahead.

Reflecting on the year we’ve had; we’ve seen some fantastic highlights which have been driven by our people and their focus on delivering the highest standard of support and services to our customers. We’re proud to have welcomed over 100 new people to our team, designed and launched products, contracted and installed our products across the globe, and focused significant resource and investment in our people and our working environments.

We’ve won awards for our commitment to our communities and our global partners, and we’ve worked hard to maintain a workplace that’s inclusive and supportive, where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and invested in.

We’re focused on helping our customers solve their toughest challenges and are grateful to our people, customers, and partners for contributing to our continued success throughout 2023. Looking forward to 2024, we will continue to grow and take SEA to the next level.

Throughout the year, we support local and national charities with a variety of activities. This December, we have chosen to support three charities focused on delivering emergency housing, resources, funding, food, and mental health support and to those most in need across the South-West.

We will be donating to:

  • The Trussell Trust, Bristol: a charity focused on supporting a nationwide network of food banks to provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty.
  • YMCA Mendip & South Somerset: Offering a home and support to young people to develop skills, prepare for independent living and access to training, education, employment, and social & leisure opportunities.
  • Encompass South West, Barnstaple: a charity helping to prevent and alleviate homelessness and poverty across Northern Devon and surrounding areas through advice, support, and specialist housing with a strong focus on rural/remote rural locations.

Our Managing Director, Richard Flitton said: “I am continually and consistently inspired by our people and the excellent standard of work they deliver; fully supporting our customers and what’s important to them and helping to grow and transform our business. After a very successful and exciting year for SEA, it is time for our people to enjoy a well-deserved break. I would like to say a sincere thank you to our team, partners, customers, and the wider Cohort Group for their efforts throughout the year.

Please note, our offices will be shut from Friday 22 December and will reopen on Tuesday, 2 January to give our people a well-deserved break and for them to spend quality time with their families and friends.

From all at SEA, we wish you and your families a great festive period and a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year.
