We welcomed 70+ people to our production facility in Barnstaple where several of our people, including current and ex-apprentices hosted the event to demonstrate the various emerging talent pathways we have available, answer questions, and outline the benefits of our Apprenticeship programme. Our guests finished the event with a full site tour, highlighting the breadth of our capabilities and what we do at SEA.
Steve Kilner, from the Engineering Trust, said: "It was great to partner with SEA for the National Apprenticeship Week Open event which was a great success and well organised. It was great to see that the attendees were engaged and interested in hearing more about SEA and Apprenticeships in general."
