Sea Appoints Chris Kimber-Halford as Engineering Director to Support Strategic Growth

SEA is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Kimber-Halford as its new Engineering Director, bringing valuable experience to support the company's next phase of growth.

For this role, we were once again able to promote from within, reflecting SEA’s commitment to strengthening its Engineering leadership capabilities, enhancing delivery processes, and fostering the professional development of its Engineering teams. Chris will play a key role in driving excellence in project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring that Engineering remains a core pillar of the company’s continued success.

As part of this transition, Darren Boyle will fully assume the role of Technical Director. In this capacity, Darren will focus on shaping technical strategy, overseeing product development, and cultivating senior technical relationships outside the business. Together, Chris and Darren will form a strong leadership partnership that aligns strategic Engineering execution with forward-thinking technical vision, positioning SEA to meet future opportunities with agility and innovation.
