Season’s Greetings from SEA

We are proud to be a company whose core is our people, all willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the business and maximise the safety of their colleagues.

Like all businesses across the globe, Covid-19 has been a difficult challenge to face, and we are grateful to our people, our customers, and our partners for ensuring our continued success through 2021. Our people have adapted to many changes over recent months, and have done so with dedication and acceptance, always keeping the safety of their colleagues at the forefront of their minds. We have remained committed to our goals and are grateful to our loyal customers for staying with us on our journey. We are hopeful for a positive 2022, where we can once again meet face-to-face with our customers and continue to grow our new and existing partnerships.

The ongoing effects of Covid-19 affect more than physical health, and that is why our chosen Christmas donations this year are to three charities local to our site locations, all of which are focused on delivering Mental Health support to those most in need.

We will be donating to:

  • Clarity: a charity which offers therapeutic counselling, group support and group therapy to anyone experiencing mental health or emotional issues.
  • Mind in Bristol: a charity which aims to contribute to mental and emotional wellbeing and to reduce stigma and discrimination. Bristol Mind provides readily accessible support for all people in Bristol who identify themselves as having mental health or emotional support needs, and those who support them.
  • Mind in Somerset: a charity which champions a greater understanding of mental health issues in the community and provides services and support to anyone affected by or vulnerable to mental illness. Their goal is to improve overall quality of life and wellbeing.

Our Managing Director, Richard Flitton would like to say: “Over the past year, I have been struck by the positive attitudes across SEA and how our people have adapted so valiantly to the different ways of working, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of work and also fully supporting our customers and their critical missions. It is now time to reflect on our achievements and enjoy a well-deserved break. I would like to say a sincere thank you to our people, our partners, our customers, and the wider Cohort Group for their efforts throughout the year. Happy holidays!”

Please note, our offices will be shut from Friday, 24th December and will reopen on Tuesday, 4th January to give our people a well-deserved break and allow them to spend quality time with their families over the festive period.

From all at SEA, we wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year.
